Rebecca Liberatore

Rebecca is the co-director of MPPP and is a Clinical Expert Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist with many years of clinical experience in both the private and public sector. She has held leading positions in Women’s Health Physiotherapy at Mercy Health and Western Health where she was responsible for the successful design implementation of the firstPhysiotherapy-led Advanced Practice Service in Urogynaecology which received a Highly Commended award at the Victorian Public Healthcare Awards in 2019.

Rebecca has completed a vast amount of post-graduate training beyond her pelvic floor qualifications training including a Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy and is an experienced Clinical Pilates instructor (Level 1-4 DMA Clinical Pilates). She has also completed the Level 1 Upper Limb Lymphoedema Course and has been treating women with breast cancer and Lymphoedema for over 10 years.

Complementing her role at Melbourne Pregnancy and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Rebecca works as a guest lecturer and clinical teacher for the University of Melbourne’s Post-Graduate Certificate and Masters of Physiotherapy programs in Pelvic Health. She also enjoys her leadership role mentoring and training our fabulous team at MPPP.

Rebecca is known for her collaboration with Tiffiny Hall (Txo) and their Mum Bod Program which was released in 2023. This project tied in with her passion and expertise in rehab of the abdominals after pregnancy.
