Denise graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Curtin University in Perth, before furthering her studies in Shanghai. With past experience in private practice, hospitals, and working with elite sports teams, Denise brings a diverse skill set to her women’s and pelvic health practice.
Denise has udertaken further study in women’s and men’s pelvic health, completing the APA Women’s Health and Pelvic Health Level 1 and 2 programs and is a DMA trained Clinical Pilates instructor.
Denise enjoys problem solving to help with clients of all ages with bladder and bowel conditions and loves working with for the pre and post-natal population, managing pelvic and back pain, mastitis, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor-related issues.
With a background in pre-professional ballet and on a National Cheerleading Team, Denise comprehensively grasps the physical and mental facets of biomechanics and understands how to assist her clients to return to excelling in sports and activities that they love.
Outside of work, Denise enjoys bouldering, pilates, exploring gourmet food, and attending musical performances.
Denise is an excellent communicator and has the ability to speak multiple languages including English, Chinese, Malay.
